avatarI am the owner and Chief Instructor at The Dojo of Karate & Fitness in Westminster, CO. We teach traditional Japanese Wado Karate, Women Self-Defense, and Fitness Boot Camp classes. I have been training in the martial arts for over 20 years with 17 years of teaching experience, and hold the rank of 3rd Degree Black Belt. I am also a former NASKA World Champion fighter and CKA Colorado State Champion fighter. I hold certifications as a Self-Defense Instructor, Grappling Instructor, and Fitness Boot Camp Instructor through MASAI, and a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) through AFAA.
